Traditional (Nuad) Thai Massage

In traditional Thai Massage therapists do not use any oil, rather the therapist will press on muscles, the so-called energy lines, also called the Sip Sen or Sen lines and pressure points to relieve various symptoms. Combined with stretching to help relax muscles, blood and lymph circulation to reducing jamming of various joints. This approach is recommended for people who have problems with large muscles such as the hip and back muscles, and those who have sciatic nerve syndrome.

Presently, Nuad Thai is classified into two main types: Nuad Thai therapy and Nuad Thai for health promotion. Nuad Thai has its roots in self-care in Thai peasant society of the past; every village had massage healers whom villagers would turn to when they had muscle aches from working in the field. Over time, these experiences have evolved into a formal system of knowledge, and Nuad Thai is now an income-generating occupation.

Thai Oil Massage

Oil is rolled onto the muscles, lines and points to solve various symptoms. This method helps to relax muscles and move the blood and lymphatic system. This method is recommended for people who are stressed, can’t sleep and those want to relax, and those that have problems with smaller muscles such as neck, shoulders and upper back.

A Thai Oil Massage is, like a Traditional Thai Massage (without oils), based on the concepts of traditional Thai healing bodywork, that is — working, opening, and stimulating the so-called Energy Lines, also called the Sip Sen or Sen Lines.

The Relaxing Massage is super calming massage therapy. Traditional massage techniques are used to warm up and work your muscles. Deep Tissue Massage

This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.

Deep tissue massage offers both physical and psychological benefits. Unlike other massage techniques that focus on relaxation, deep tissue massage helps to treat muscle pain and improve stiffness. But it can still help to you unwind mentally, too.

Thai Foot Massage (Thai reflexology)

Thai foot massage uses the ancient art of Thai reflexology to provide an enjoyable, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience that heals the mind, body, and soul. Thai foot massage techniques detoxify and purify the body, helping relieve stress and tension, decrease fatigue, foster good health and mental serenity, and restore balance.

During a Thai foot massage, also known as Thai foot reflexology, pressure is applied to specific areas of the soles of the feet. In turn, a reflex reaction occurs in another part of the body, which is stimulated by the manipulation of a specific part of the foot.

Hot stone massage is best for people who have muscle pain and tension or who simply want to relax. This type of therapeutic massage uses heated stones in lieu of or in addition to their hands. It eases muscle tension, improves blood flow, and relieves pain by using heated stones. Hot stone massage may help:

Pregnancy Massage

We provide massage therapy only at the SECOND trimester of your pregnancy (week 14 - 28). Available on Monday - Saturday

Pregnancy massage is similar to a normal massage, the difference is that massage techniques focus on maintaining the wellbeing of mother and child. Pregnancy massage has many therapeutic benefits, such as helping ease the tension and muscle-related pain problems, rejuvenating energy, promoting relaxation and improving sleep etc.

Note: We do not offer Pregnancy massage during the 1st trimester and the 3rd trimester of your pregnancy.

We ensure:

  1. Staff will be wearing masks.

  2. Staff will not be working if covid symptoms present.

  3. Surfaces are disinfected.

  4. All linen was washed hot with detergent and dried in the dryer (or hung outside depending on the weather) and then ironed. Only used once per customer.

  5. All towels are washed hot with detergent, bleach, and dried in a hot dryer or hung outside. Only used once per customer.
